Barwa Al Sadd is a mixed-used development covering an area of 27,654 square meters. The project consists of 3 office towers (two of 21 floors and one of 18) and a five-star hotel with 232 rooms and suites. All are surrounded by a three-level podium, two levels for retail and one for office space.
