Leadership
Ziad El Chaar is the Chief Executive Officer of DarGlobal PLC, a position he has held since joining the company in May 2017. He oversees all international real estate operations for DarGlobal and brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development and investment, along with a decade of expertise in corporate governance, board affairs, and regulatory compliance.

His previous senior roles include Managing Director and Executive Director at DAMAC Properties PLC, CEO of Ventures and Business Development at Emaar Properties PJSC, and CEO at Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company PJSC. Ziad holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the American University of Beirut.
