Sheikh Salman bin Hassan Al Thani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Qatar University. He is currently a board member of Ahli Bank Q.S.C., Katara Hospitality, and the Qatar Stock Exchange.
Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer for Business & Strategy Development at the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) and held the position of Chief Financial Officer & Taxes Manager at QFCRA. Additionally, he was the Director of Risk Management at the Qatar Central Bank and a board member at the Qatar Central Securities Depository (QCSD).
