Eng. Ali Mohammed Al Kuwari is the Chief Executive Officer of Msheireb Properties in Qatar, where he spearheads the development and execution of the company's strategic and operational initiatives, particularly for its flagship project, Msheireb Downtown Doha. With approximately 18 years of experience, he is recognized as a leading figure in Qatar's engineering sector and has been integral to the Msheireb Downtown Doha project since its inception. He has managed the execution and operations of significant assets within the development, including the Mandarin Oriental Doha, Al-Wadi Hotel M Gallery, Park Hyatt, and Zulal Wellness Resort, and has overseen major events in the district during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Al Kuwari earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris in Qatar.

A restoration and adaptive-reuse of four historic Qatari courtyard houses (Bin Jelmood House, Company House, Mohammed bin Jassim House, Radwani House) within Msheireb Downtown Doha, turned into a museum complex celebrating Qatar's heritage as part of the larger downtown regeneration.
